    Liza DeLong

    Physician Assistant

     

    Liza has been working as a Physician Assistant since 2018. Prior to that she worked in healthcare as an emergency medical technician on the ambulance and then in the ER. Liza is thrilled to find this community that so well aligns with her personal values.

     

    She also enjoys traveling, works out several days a week and loves gardening.

    Certified Medical Assistant

     

    Alexis has been in the healthcare field since 2017, with experience in primary care and a variety of specialty offices. She is very enthusiastic in everything that she does, especially helping people. Her goal is to one day become a nurse.

    Everyone can benefit from having a primary care provider (PCP). That’s why anyone on Dot’s insurance over the age of two can use the FHC for: 

    Allergy shots, vaccines, dermatology, lab services (blood draws), stitches, and more 

    Annual physicals, flu shots, skin checks, and well woman exams (all free!) 

    Treatment of common illnesses (strep throat, flu, sinus infections, etc.), including prescriptions and IV fluids. 

    Help finding advanced care for things like a hospital procedure, MRI, x-ray, or specialist
