Employees Arrive

3 – 6:30 p.m.: Dot Registration Desk
Ameristar Casino Resort & Spa – Conference Center

6 – 9 p.m.: Dinner Celebration

Shuttle service will begin from lower level of the St. Charles Convention Center (SCCC)*, Tru, Hampton, and Drury hotels at 5:45 p.m.

6 – 9 a.m.: Dot Registration Desk
SCCC – Main Lobby
Shuttle service will begin from Ameristar and Drury hotels at 5:45 a.m. 

6  – 8 a.m.: Breakfast
SCCC – Grand Ballroom BC

8:30  – 11 a.m.: General Session
SCCC – Exhibit Hall North & South 

11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Lunch
SCCC –  Exhibit Hall North & South 

1 – 5 p.m.: Department Meetings
SCCC & Embassy Suites – Various Rooms.

6 – 9 p.m.: Dinner
Dave & Busters
Shuttle service will begin from lower level of the SCCC* Drury, & Ameristar hotels at 5:45 p.m.

Note – All employees who are not participating in Department  Meetings, should depart after lunch.

For those leaving after lunch:

• Airport shuttles will depart from the SCCC
• shuttles start at 11:30 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m.  
• Drivers should drive to the SCCC in the morning as there is no afternoon shuttle back to Tru and Hampton Hotels 
• Luggage storage will be available in room 101

1 – 5 p.m. GM Meeting

Airport shuttles will depart from the lower level of the SCCC* starting at 6:30 a.m. and ending at 3:30 p.m.

* Shuttles for guests at Embassy Suites will be available at the lower level of the St. Charles Convention Center.
