Meet Dot Foods
Former Dot Foods CEO Joe Tracy and current Dot Foods CEO Dick Tracy share how their mom and dad—Co-Founders Robert and Dorothy Tracy—started Dot Foods in 1960, and how we are improving lives by enhancing choice and removing costs and complexities from the supply chain.
As North America’s largest food industry redistributor, you’ll hear the word “redistribution” thrown around a lot at Dot. What is redistribution and how does it help streamline the supply chain? Watch the video to learn more.
Our Mission, Vision, & Values
We POWER Dot: Our Five-Year Strategic Plan
We POWER Dot is a summary of Dot’s five-year strategic plan. Each letter in POWER illustrates how we’re going to advance our vision towards our vision. Over the next five years, it will serve as our roadmap. It provides us with a sense of direction and tells the story of how each Dot employee impacts and powers the business.
Working together, we’ll go further.
At each Dot Foods location, dedicated employees meet multiple times a year, volunteering their time to Dot Charitable. They do so because they care.
