Medical Insurance

Dot/DTI offers three affordable health plan choices through Blue Cross Blue Shield with an extensive network of providers.

Vision Insurance

Vision coverage provides Dot/DTI employees and their covered family members with periodic exams, eyeglasses, and contact lenses.

Short– & Long-Term Disability Insurance

Dot/DTI provides short– and long-term disability insurance to eligible hurt or sick employees at no cost.

  • Short-term: Reduced, nontaxable salary for up to 25 weeks
  • Long-term: Third party paid reduced salary

Health Savings Account (HSA)

Employees who select a Consumer Driven Health Plan can deposit pre-tax-dollars to pay for qualified medical expenses. Dot also contributes to employees’ HSA accounts.

Dental Insurance

Dental coverage includes preventative, basic, and major care, as well as orthodontia for children. Preventative care is 100% covered.

Family Health Centers (FHC)

Available at all distribution center (DC) locations by 2025. FHCs offer quality care at little to no cost to employees and their family members enrolled in Dot’s health insurance.
