Providing you with access to affordable and convenient health care is important to us. Your location’s Family Health Center (FHC) offers quality care at little to no cost to Dot employees and their family members (ages 2 and up) enrolled in Dot’s health insurance.

When you enroll in Dot’s medical insurance plan, you and any covered dependents can begin using the FHC right away, even before your full health care benefits officially begin.

While your medical coverage starts the first of the month after 30 days of full-time employment, your access to the FHC starts as soon as you submit your benefits enrollment.

Your health can’t wait—and at Dot, it doesn’t have to.

After two appointments at the hospital, my doctors wanted me to have blood work done. I didn’t want to drive to Quincy, so I called the Family Health Center (FHC) and had my doctor fax over the order. After two panels of blood, an EKG, and another set of labs, I was shocked when I paid my bill and it was only $22.40. People don’t realize the savings we get at our FHC. I’ll admit that I felt it was easier to use my own provider in the past. But now, I’m going to use the FHC on a regular basis.
