When should I arrive at NBM?

Festivities begin with dinner Monday at 6 p.m. Attendees should arrive in St. Charles no later than the evening of Monday, February 5 to ensure you make the General Session. All attendees must check in at the Dot Registration Desk upon arrival to receive their event name badge. To receive your badge please be prepared to show your Dot ID or other form of photo ID.

Where do I check in and get assistance?

Please stop by the Dot Registration Desk at the Ameristar Casino Resort & Spa Conference Center on Monday, February 5th and the St. Charles Convention Center Main Lobby Tuesday, February 6 to receive your name badge. Your name badge is required at all Dot-hosted events.

What is the expense reimbursement policy?

Employees may only submit reimbursement for travel-related expenses. Examples of these expenses include:

Personal automobile mileage
Car service to/from the airport in the city of origin
Parking expenses in your city of origin
One checked bag per person
Airport transportation to and from the hotel in St. Charles

All other expenses may not be charged to NBM. This includes meals while traveling, Starbucks, room service, dry cleaning, phone calls, etc. Airfare purchased with a personal credit card will not be reimbursed. Managers may use their discretion to cover additional expenses out of their sub-department budget.

All employees with computer access should submit expenses via Concur. Select prepaid as the expense type (1226) and subaccount (457). Leave all other fields as is. Include the comment “NBM 2024 travel expenses.” All other employees should submit reimbursement to their manager via the 2024 expense form, found here.

Is free Wi-Fi available?

In-room standard high-speed internet is included in your guest room. Premium internet upgrade is an individual expense. Complimentary wireless internet is also available in the hotel lobby areas and the meeting rooms.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

Weather: Typical St. Charles weather in January is highs in the upper 30s and lows in the 20s. For up-to-date weather information, please visit The Weather Channel at www.weather.com.
Dress Code: Dot’s Dress for Your Day attire is acceptable for all meetings. This includes casual, nice denim. Meeting rooms can be chilly, so please bring a sweater or light jacket if you prefer.
Photo/Video Consent: By attending NBM 2024, you consent to the use of your image and/or name by Dot Foods on any registered publishing, broadcast, or cable media, without charge or obligation.

Can I arrive early or extend my stay in St. Charles?

If you would like to arrive in St. Charles early or stay later, it will be at your own expense, unless otherwise approved by your manager. Room availability is not guaranteed.
