When should I arrive at NBM?

Festivities begin with dinner Thursday, January 23rd at 6pm. Attendees and guests should arrive in St. Louis no later than the morning of Friday, January 24th to ensure you make the general session. All attendees and guests must check in at the Dot Help Desk, located in the main lobby of the Marriott Grand St. Louis, upon arrival to receive their event name badge

Where do I check in and get assistance?

Please stop by the Dot Help Desk in the Marriott St. Louis Grand hotel lobby near the main hotel check-in area when you arrive. You will receive your name badge that is required at all Dot-hosted events.

What is the expense reimbursement policy?

Employees may only submit reimbursement for travel related expenses. Examples of these expenses include: personal automobile mileage, car service to/from the airport in the city of origin, parking expenses in your city of origin or in St. Louis, one checked bag per person, and airport transportation to and from the hotel in St. Louis.

All other expenses may not be charged to NBM. This includes meals while traveling, Starbucks, room service, dry cleaning, phone calls, etc. Managers may use their discretion to cover additional expenses out of their sub-department budget.

Managers and all Visa cardholders should submit expenses via Concur.​​ Select prepaid as the expense type (1226) and subaccount (457). Leave all other fields as is. Include the comment “NBM 2025 travel expenses.” All other employees should submit reimbursement to their manager via the 2024 expense form, which can be found here.

Is free Wi-Fi available?

In-room standard high-speed internet is included in your guest room. Premium internet upgrade is an individual expense. Complimentary wireless internet is also available in the hotel lobby areas and the meeting rooms.

What else do I need to know?

Weather: Typical St. Louis weather in January is highs in the upper 30s and lows in the 20s. For up-to-date weather information, please visit The Weather Channel at www.weather.com.

Dress Code: Dot’s Dress for Your Day attire is acceptable for all meetings. This includes casual, nice denim. Meeting rooms can be chilly, so please bring a sweater or light jacket if you prefer.

Can I arrive early or extend my stay in St. Louis?

If you would like to arrive to in St. Louis early or stay later, it will be at your own expense, unless otherwise approved by your manager. Room availability is not guaranteed.
