Travel
All travel should be booked through Town & Country Travel by completing a travel request form within registration. Liz Little will contact you with flight options via email once you have completed registration, please allow 7 business days for an agent to respond. If you choose to book your flight on your own, it must be booked with a Dot Credit Card. Airfare purchased with a personal credit card will not be reimbursed.
Dot will provide round-trip transportation from the airport to the hotel. See below to learn how to locate your transportation when you arrive at the airport. Click here for a detailed schedule.
Terminal 1 Arrivals: (All airlines other than Southwest and AirTran)
Destination St. Louis greeters in red shirts with “Dot Foods” signs will meet passengers on the Baggage Claim level as they exit the concourse. A sign will also be located at the USO desk next to Carousel 6. Please check in at the desk if you do not see a greeter when you exit the concourse.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: (Southwest Airlines and AirTran)
Destination St. Louis greeters in red shirts with “Dot Foods” signs will meet passengers in the Baggage Claim area and escort them to vehicles parked at ET 15. Please remain in the Baggage Claim area until you have connected with the greeter.
