      NBM is your chance to step out of the everyday routine and experience something bigger. Over a few days, you’ll hear directly from leaders, learn what’s new across the business, and see how your work connects to the bigger picture.

      It’s also about people. You’ll meet new colleagues, reconnect with familiar faces, and share ideas that spark fresh perspectives. Along the way, you’ll pick up practical takeaways you can bring back to your team, and maybe even make a few friends in the process.

      Networking Tips

      • Keep your introduction short and simple: name, role, and location.
      • Use breaks wisely. The coffee line is often as valuable as a breakout session!
      • Big groups can be overwhelming. Aim for small group or one-on-one chats.
      • Listen closely and ask follow-up questions. Curiosity makes conversations stick.
      • At the end of each day, jot down who you met and one thing you learned from them.
