New This Year
After you complete your NBM hotel and travel registration, you’ll build your personalized agenda in late November using the NBM agenda builder. This will include selecting your department meetings.
A full list of department meetings will be posted here before the NBM agenda builder launches, so you’ll have time to review before making your selections.

FAQs
Who attends department meetings?
Not all salaried employees are required to attend. If your manager hasn’t told you that attendance is necessary, participation is not expected.
Managers have already notified those who are required for department meetings. If you’re uncertain if your attendance is optional, please ask your manager.
When?
Department meetings will be held Tuesday, January 20 – Thursday, January 22. January 20 will be afternoon meetings only with General Session in the morning.
Where?
Department meetings will be held at the JW Marriott.
When should I arrive?
All attendees should arrive in time for the Opening Night Celebration, Monday, January 19, 6 p.m.
When should I depart?
All attendees are required to stay two nights in Indianapolis. Department meetings will end either Wednesday, January 21 or Thursday, January 22. Please work with your manager for your department’s schedule.
