Hotel Parking

Self-parking is available with entrances off Maryland Street and Washington Street and is $45 per day, this will be covered by Dot and is the preferred method of parking. 

Valet Parking is available if needed on West Street.

Travel

All travel should be booked by completing a travel request form within registration. Dot Travel agents will contact you with flight options via email once you have completed registration, please allow 7 business days for an agent to respond. 

If you choose to book your flight on your own, it must be booked through Concur with a Dot credit card. Airfare purchased with a personal credit card will not be reimbursed.

Airport Ground Transportation

Dot will provide round-trip transportation from the airport to the hotel.

Meeting your greeter at Indianapolis International Airport

These simple steps should be followed from the time you de-plane until you meet your Greeter:

  1. After you de-plane, follow the overhead signs directing you to the baggage claim area.
    **Please proceed to baggage claim even if you are carrying on your luggage.
  2. Take the escalators down to Baggage Claim (level 2)
  3. At the bottom of the escalators look for your Greeter, he/she will be holding a sign with the Dot Foods Logo. Your greeter will be dressed in a red shirt and black pants.

Ground Transportation Schedule 

Arrivals: Monday, January 19, 2026
 Departures: Wednesday, January 21, 2026 and Thursday, January 22, 2026

Every great road trip is better with company, and NBM is no different. If you’re planning to drive, we strongly encourage you to carpool with co-workers who have a similar meeting schedule. Sharing the ride saves on parking and fuel, lightens traffic, and makes the trip a lot more fun. Think of it as an early start to the conversations and connections you’ll have at NBM.

Dot will reimburse mileage at the current company rate. Parking details can be found above.

Mt. Sterling Shuttle

Dot will provide a shuttle from Mt. Sterling to the JW Marriott. The shuttle will leave on Monday January 19 for Indianapolis and Return to Mt. Sterling on Wednesday January 21, both ways will have a stop in Jacksonville. You will be able to sign up for this shuttle during registration.
