Preventive Cancer & Heart Disease Screenings

Dot is partnering with CardiOptics & Galleri to offer screenings for cancer and cardiovascular (heart) disease. Information on each screening is below. Any employee who will be 50+ in 2025 and is covered on Dot’s insurance is eligible to participate.

Cost

Dot covers the full cost of the Galleri screening, and the majority of the cost of the CardiOptics screening. The employee cost for the CardiOptics screening is $53.**

I meet the criteria above, and am interested in participating in an onsite CardiOptics ultrasound screening at the cost of $53.** The CardiOptics test is an ultrasound screening for cardiovascular (heart) disease & soft tissue cancers, before symptoms appear.*
Currently, the CardiOptics ultrasound is only available to Dot employees. If this were to change, I have a spouse covered on my Dot insurance who will be 50+ in 2025 and would be interested in a screening.*
I meet the criteria above, and am interested in participating in an onsite Galleri blood test screening at no cost to me.** The Galleri test is a simple blood test that screens for “fingerprint” of 50+ cancers, before symptoms appear.*

** The Galleri & CardiOptics tests does not replace the need for age-based cancer screenings recommended by your provider, like mammograms, colonoscopies, etc. The employee responsibility for the CardiOptics test is $53. Any follow-up testing needed (MRI, CT, PET) will be billed through BCBS and have normal member cost shared applied until a member reaches their deductible and/or max out of pocket.
