Success! Kudos Credit Form Confirmation

You’ve done your part, now it’s time for us to do ours. The completed Kudos Credit form is being reviewed by Dot’s Quality department. Once approved, Kudos Credit will be loaded into the recipient’s Dot Logo Shop account. This will take place this upcoming Wednesday. When the upload has been completed, you, the recipient, and their manager will receive an email notification.
