Life-Changing Events & Your Benefits

 You can make benefits changes during the annual open enrollment period or when a qualifying life event occurs, such as marriage, divorce, birth, or adoption. You can also make a change if your dependent loses or gains benefits through their employer. The adjustment must be completed within 31 days of the life-event date.

      Life-Changing Events & Your Benefits

      To Make This Change:

      1. Visit www.DotFoods.com/UKG in your web browser and log in using your Okta username and password.
      2. From the main menu, click on Manage My Benefits.
      3. Click the green Update My Benefits button.
      4. Select the life event that describes your change.
      5. Follow the steps as prompted.

      In the event of a marriage or divorce life change event, ensure your spouse’s email address is added or deleted.
