Blood Draw Cancer Screening – Galleri^®

The Galleri® multi-cancer early detection test is a simple blood draw designed to screen for more than 50 types of cancer, often before symptoms appear.

This test is offered through Grail and is available to:

• Employees on Dot’s insurance, age 50+
  • Dot covers the full cost of the test
• Employees and spouses on Dot’s insurance age 40-49
  • There is a self-pay rate of $799
• Any follow-up testing (such as MRI, CT scan, or PET scan) will be billed through BCBS, with normal member cost-sharing applied until your deductible and/or out-of-pocket maximum is reached.

How to Schedule Your Galleri Screening

1. Click the link below and select “Request your Galleri test” to order your test kit or login if you’ve already created a Galleri account.
2. Enter your employee ID as the access code to submit your request.
3. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions to complete your blood draw.
4. You may choose to visit a partner lab location or schedule an at-home or on-site blood draw at no additional cost.

Ultrasound Heart, Vascular, and Cancer Screening – CardiOptics

CardiOptics ultrasound screenings offer a convenient way to check in on your heart, arteries, and major organs—all in one appointment. Using advanced ultrasound technology, these screenings can help identify potential health concerns early, giving you more information to discuss with your health care provider.

Who can complete a CardiOptics screening?

CardiOptics screenings are available to employees and covered spouses who are enrolled in Dot’s health insurance plan.

What’s included in a CardiOptics screening:

• Echocardiogram 
  Looks at the structure and function of the heart; can detect conditions like heart valve disease, heart failure, heart defects & blood clots
• Peripheral vascular screening
  Detects narrowing or blockage of the arteries in the legs
• Abdominal aorta aneurysm screening
  Detects a bulge in the aorta, the main artery that carries blood from the heart to the rest of the body. This can prevent ruptures (which can be fatal) and complications such as bleeding, heart attack, & stroke.)
• Carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) measurement
  Measures the thickness of the two inner layers of the carotid artery wall, which can reveal increased risk for heart attack and stroke
  
• Pancreas scan
  Can diagnose conditions like tumors, pancreatitis, blockages or infections
  
• Liver and Spleen scan
  Can detect abnormalities such as cysts, tumors fatty liver disease, and damaged spleen tissue
  
• Kidney scan
  Evaluates the structure, function and blood flow of the kidneys, and can detect infections, blockages, tumors and cysts
  
• Gallbladder scan
  Can detect gallstones, inflammation and obstruction
• Thyroid scan
  Lumps or growths, assess thyroid function
