Financial wellness is vital to your overall well-being and affects all aspects of life. Our goal is to help equip you with valuable knowledge as you prepare for different phases of life through the Dot Foods Money Matters financial coaching program.
Money Matters provides 24/7 online access to training, articles, tools, and resources to assist you with money management and education, retirement planning, and many other finance-related topics. It also provides employees with the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a certified financial advisor, attend virtual and on-site training sessions, and work with a retirement expert.
Retirement Planning
Personalized Financial Coaching Sessions
Meet with a certified financial advisor to chat about your personal financial situation. These 30-minute one-on-one sessions are offered quarterly.
Sign up for one-on-one sessions with a financial advisor—available every quarter. These advisors are there to chat with you about any topic you’d like financial advice on. Sessions are available virtually to employees at all locations, with occasional on-site sessions available.
