(DTI) like to help you out financially in traditional ways, like providing a 401(k) and health savings account (HSA) match, and profit sharing. But we also offer unique programs like Money Matters to equip you with valuable financial knowledge through every phase of life.

Life Insurance
  • Basic Term Life Insurance equal to 1x employee’s annual earnings (premium paid by Dot)
  • Additional Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) can be purchased for employees, their spouse, and/or children (premium paid by employee)

Retirement Planning

401(k) or Roth 401(k) Deferral

  • All employees 18 and over are automatically enrolled at a 3% contribution of their earnings on the first of the month coinciding with or following 30 days of employment.
  • For every dollar you contribute, the company will match 50¢ up to 5% of your pay.
  • Employees can elect to opt out of the plan.

Profit Sharing

Dot may make an annual employer profit-sharing contribution to employees’ retirement accounts. This profit-sharing deposit is the equivalent of a certain percentage of your gross income for that  year. Historically, these contributions have been 3-5%

Money Matters

Money Matters provides 24/7 online access to training, articles, tools, and resources to assist you with money management and education, retirement planning, and many other finance-related topics. It also provides employees with the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a certified financial advisor, attend virtual and on-site training sessions, and work with a retirement expert—all for FREE!

Dot Cares Fund

If you experience a crisis caused by a natural disaster or circumstances beyond your control, such as significant medical expenses, death in the family, or house fire, you can submit an application for the Dot Cares Fund to request financial assistance. You can nominate yourself or a colleague. All information provided in the application is kept anonymous and confidential.

Retirement Planning

Planning and preparing for retirement is an essential part of your financial wellness. At Dot/DTI, all employees over the age of 18 are encouraged to contribute to a 401(k) or Roth 401(k) Deferral. We also may offer an additional annual profit-sharing contribution depending on the past year’s business performance.
