Tuition Assistance

Dot Cares Fund

If you experience a crisis caused by a natural disaster or circumstances beyond your control, you can submit an application for the Dot Cares Fund to request financial assistance. Click HERE to submit a Dot Cares request.

Dot Scholarship Program

If you have been a full-time Dot/DTI employee for one year and your child(ren) is a current high school senior, they are eligible to apply for the Dot Scholarship Program. The applying senior must be entering an accredited 2– or 4-year degree or trade program as a full-time student. Students entering a 4-year program can be awarded $1,000 per year, up to $4,000 total. Students entering a trade program can be awarded $1,000 total. Up to eight scholarships are awarded companywide. Scholarship applications will be available in March.

Loan Program

You are eligible for a short-term, no-interest loan for certain classes at approved colleges and universities. The loan repayment period is usually during the length of the class. The maximum loan per year is $5,000 per person. See the Employee Handbook for full policy information.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

Dot/DTI provides tuition reimbursement for degree programs at most colleges and universities. Reimbursement applies to the cost of tuition, books, and lab and registration fees. Technical and vocational schools also qualify for tuition reimbursement.
