Blood Draw Cancer Screening – Galleri®
The Galleri® multi-cancer early detection test is a simple blood draw designed to screen for more than 50 types of cancer, often before symptoms appear.
This test is offered through Grail and is available to:
- Employees on Dot’s insurance, age 50+
- Dot covers the full cost of the test
- Employees and spouses on Dot’s insurance age 40-49
- There is a self-pay rate of $799
- Any follow-up testing (such as MRI, CT scan, or PET scan) will be billed through BCBS, with normal member cost-sharing applied until your deductible and/or out-of-pocket maximum is reached.

How to Schedule Your Galleri Screening
- Click the link below to schedule your screening.
- Enter your employee ID as the access code to submit your request.
- Once approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions to complete your blood draw.
- You may choose to visit a partner lab location or schedule an at-home or on-site blood draw at no additional cost.

CardiOptics ultrasound screenings offer a convenient way to check in on your heart, arteries, and major organs—all in one appointment. Using advanced ultrasound technology, these screenings can help identify potential health concerns early, giving you more information to discuss with your health care provider.
Who can complete a CardiOptics screening?
CardiOptics screenings are available to employees and covered spouses who are enrolled in Dot’s health insurance plan.

What’s included in a CardiOptics screening:
- Echocardiogram
- Peripheral vascular screening
- Abdominal aorta aneurysm screening
- Carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) measurement – assesses the thickness of the two inner layers of the carotid artery wall
- Pancreas scan
- Liver scan
- Kidney scan
- Gallbladder scan
- Spleen scan
- Thyroid scan
