AGREEMENT

I understand and agree that I am responsible for my use and actions while on the Premises and will be liable for the replacement cost of any Dot property for which I have caused to be damaged, destroyed or lost. I hereby further agree to clean up and restore the Premises to the same condition in which it was provided to me.

I acknowledge and agree that I am fully and solely responsible for any of my property and personal belongings that I bring onto the Premises and that Dot will not be responsible for or provide any security for my property and personal belongings.

I acknowledge that I am fully aware of any and all risks posed by my participation and that I have no medical condition that prevents me from engaging in this event. I understand that the activities that take place on the Premises may not be supervised, and that Dot does not provide medical services.

I also give permission to be photographed by project partners or the media for use in printed materials, through the internet or through other media outlets.

I hereby release and hold harmless Dot, and its affiliates and subsidiaries, their partners, agents, operators, managers, employees, and representatives (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, costs, suits, actions, judgments or expenses upon any damage, loss or injury to me or to my property which may arise from this 2024 Giving Festival event. I acknowledge and agree this Release and Waiver of Liability is intended to be and is a complete release of any responsibility of the Released Parties for any injury, death, disability, or property damage sustained by me while on or using the Premises.

I hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dot and the Released Parties from and against any third party losses, damages, actions, suits, claims, judgments, settlements, awards, interest, penalties, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and costs of any kind for any personal injury, loss of life or damage to property sustained by reason of or arising out of my use of the Premises or participation in any activities on the Premises.

In signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Release and Waiver Agreement.
