Shuttle Schedules and Logistics

Below you will find a comprehensive shuttle schedule. If you have questions reach out to Chelsea Aldinger. 

Airport shuttles will drop at Embassy Suites*, Drury, & Ameristar leaving every 30 minutes from Terminal 1 and 2 starting at 9:30 a.m. and the last shuttle departing at 5:30 p.m. If you are arriving outside of this window, you’ll need to arrange your own Uber/Taxi. 

Event shuttles will leave from Lower level of the St. Charles Convention Center (SCCC)*, Hampton, Tru and Drury starting at 5:45 p.m. to Ameristar for the ‘Dot Celebration’ and run continually throughout the evening.

Conference Shuttles 

Hotel shuttles will start at 5:45 a.m. to transport guests from Drury & Ameristar to the lower level of the SCCC and be available throughout the day for returns back to these hotels**. 

Event shuttles will leave from the lower level of the SCCC*, Drury, and Ameristar starting at 5:45 p.m. for the all-attendee event at Dave & Busters and run continually throughout the evening.

Airport Shuttles 

For those leaving on Tuesday after General Session, airport shuttles will depart from the lower level of the SCCC* with the last transfer at 4:00 p.m. If you prefer to depart at a different time you’ll need to arrange your own Uber/Taxi. 

Please bring your luggage with you, storage will be available in the main SCCC lobby on the lower level.

Drivers departing are expected to check-out of their hotel in the morning and drive to the SCCC for meals/meetings so you may depart directly afterwards.

Conference Shuttles 

Hotel shuttles will start at 5:45 a.m. to transport guests from Drury & Ameristar to the lower level of the SCCC and be available throughout the day for returns to these hotels**. 

Event shuttles for department dinners will leave from various locations and depending on your department plans you will receive an email regarding the specific logistics.

Shuttles to the airport from the lower level of the SCCC* will start at 4:30 a.m. with last departure at 11:00 a.m.  If you prefer to depart at a different time, you’ll need to arrange your own Uber/Taxi.  

Please bring your luggage with you, storage will be available in the main SCCC lobby on the lower level.

* Shuttles for guests at Embassy Suites will be available at the lower level of the St. Charles Convention Center.

** Midday shuttle services on Tuesday and Wednesday will be limited but available.
