Will I get notified to my email when notifications appear in the Control Center in UKG Dimensions?

Yes, you will also receive an email from UKG Dimensions whenever employees submit a time-off request, have exceptions on their timecard, and are approaching overtime.

Where can I check the status of my PTO requests in the system?

In addition to the email notifications, you will be able to check the status of your submitted requests in your schedule. Your schedule can be accessed by clicking on the My Schedule tile on your home page. Check the Requests tab to view details of each submitted time off request and also to cancel any time off requests.

Can I request time off if I don't have the balance?

No, you will receive an error and the request will not be processed.

What happens if I don’t have enough hours to request for vacation?

The system will not allow you to submit your request and you will need to contact your manager to make further arrangements.

What happens when I submit a time-off request, can I go ahead and take off for vacation?

Submitted requests still need to be approved by your supervisor/manager. Be sure to look at your notifications in the system to verify approval.
